University Center earns LEED Gold

ORLANDO – University Center, a landmark joint-use facility designed by C.T. Hsu + Associates (CTH+A) and shared by Valencia Community College (VCC) and the University of Central Florida (UCF), has earned a LEED Gold designation from the U.S. Green Building Council. It is the second-highest designation available from the internationally recognized Green building certification program and exceeds VCC’s expectation of Silver LEED designation.
