Yearly Strategic Planning Meeting- the most important meeting of the year!

February 17, 2010

5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (immediately following the board meeting) at CDM in Maitland.

All are welcome to come. If you have ideas for this, contact your committee Director or Chair and make sure they know them, each month they do meet.

Directors and Chairs are required to attend.

Bring your Committees’ Working Calendars, Goals and desired Budgets to accomplish these things…and we will start the negotiations.

Each year the chapter produces three documents to keep our chapter goals and finances on track. These are the Chapter Strategic Plan (our goals) , the Chapter Yearly Budget (funding allocation available based on Sponsorship and Event Income) and the Chapter Work Plan (how we will do this including a calendar). We will decide on the Chapter Goals evaluating last years to this years. We will also ask for funding and negotiate a preliminary budget worksheet for board voting.

Directions from I-4:

- Take Exit 90

- Turn right into the Maitland Center at the first light (Lake Destiny Rd.)

- Turn left onto Maitland Center Parkway at next light.

- Take 2nd right into parking lot at 2301.

- Stay left and park anywhere on the West side of the building.

To get to the meeting space: (assuming you park on the West side of the building)

- Elevators are located down the hall on the left, off of the atrium space.

- Meeting will be on the 4th floor, signs will be posted.

Please note, if you are arriving before 5:00 (i.e. board members) you MUST check-in with the receptionist on the 3rd floor. They will then send you to the 4th floor.
